Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Support Engineer to keep our Waltham headquarters connected and productive. The role combines 1–2 days on-site with remote work, supporting ChromeOS and MacOS for a distributed workforce.

You’ll administer Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack and Atlassian, maintain in‑office hardware, and collaborate with teams to streamline IT operations while delivering empathetic, responsive helpdesk support.

Responsibilities

• Universal Support across ChromeOS and MacOS for in-office and remote staff.
• SaaS Administration of Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack and Atlassian.
• Maintain in-office hardware (AV, networking, peripherals) and be accessible via support channels.
• Help streamline IT operations and maintain knowledge-base articles.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve helpdesk tickets.
• Ensure a secure, organized and intuitive digital office.
