Pomelo Care is hiring for an IT support/operations role to shape a world-class IT program at a fast-growing startup. You will create an intuitive tech environment, provide core west coast coverage for a largely remote team, and manage onboarding/offboarding including device provisioning.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong customer service, and experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, plus Apple hardware management with MDM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support/operations role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
• Experience supporting Apple hardware and MDM tools.

Responsibilities

• Create an intuitive technology environment for the team.
• Provide primary IT support coverage during west coast hours.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, provisioning accounts and devices.
• Implement security policies across Okta, Slack, Google Workspace to protect data.
