Pomelo Care is hiring for an IT support/operations role to shape a world-class IT program at a fast-growing startup. You will create an intuitive tech environment, provide core west coast coverage for a largely remote team, and manage onboarding/offboarding including device provisioning.
The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong customer service, and experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, plus Apple hardware management with MDM tools.

Location: Remote (US). This role works 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific. Pomelo is a remote-first company, though we have offices in NYC and SF that many local Pomelos choose to work from a few days a week.

Benefits and Perks:
The expected base salary range offered for this role is $85,000 - $115,000. This role is also eligible for equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
