Job summary

You will collaborate with teams to resolve tickets, improve IT processes, and ensure a secure, intuitive digital office for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all employees, in-office or remote, across ChromeOS and MacOS.
• Learn administration and maintenance of Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, and Atlassian.
• Maintain in-office hardware like AV, networking, and peripherals and be accessible remotely.
• Help streamline IT operations and keep knowledge base articles up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve helpdesk tickets.
• Keep the digital office organized, secure, and user-friendly.
