IronEdge Group, LTD is hiring an IT Support Technician for a remote position open to applicants in TX, NM, AZ, CO or KS. You will provide front-line technical support, troubleshoot servers and networks, and resolve software and peripheral issues.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential as you work with teams and dispatch to client sites as needed. The role requires at least 1 year in a Tier 1 IT support role, proficiency with ticketing and remote access, and CJIS

Formación

• 1 year of Tier 1 IT support experience.
• Experience with ticketing and remote access systems.
• CJIS background check is required for this role.
