Job summary

IronEdge Group, LTD is seeking an IT Support Technician for a remote role open to applicants in TX, NM, AZ, CO or KS. You will provide frontline technical support to end users, troubleshoot servers and network systems, and dispatch to client sites as needed.

This role requires strong customer service, problem solving, and attention to detail, plus at least 1 year in a Tier 1 IT support role. CJIS background checks are required where applicable and certain positions may require additional

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in a Tier 1 IT support role.
Background checks including CJIS fingerprint-based check are required for positions with access to sensitive information or secure facilities.
Applicable certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line technical support to end users, troubleshoot servers and network systems, resolve software and peripheral issues, and dispatch to client sites as needed.
Work independently and collaboratively to solve problems, complete tickets to company standards, and continually build new technical skills.
Communicate effectively with co-workers via Microsoft Teams and provide friendly, professional support over phone and in person.
