Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Tier 1 IT support role.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote access.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support to end users and resolve software and peripheral issues.
- Troubleshoot servers and network systems and dispatch to client sites as needed.
- Complete tickets to company standards and build new technical skills.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers via Microsoft Teams and provide friendly support over the phone and in person.
