A leading staffing and recruitment firm is seeking a Director of Sales to drive revenue and scale sales functions in the IT staffing market. This individual will leverage their extensive professional network to acquire new clients and lead sales initiatives. With a strong need for 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, particularly in IT staffing, this role offers a six-figure base salary and aggressive incentives. Candidates from the DC/MD/VA metro area, Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina are preferred, but others will be considered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT staffing services.
• Proven success hitting multi-million $ revenue targets annually.
