Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Manager, Business Development to expand the Philadelphia-area client base within IT & Staffing services. Remote with a PA base, you’ll craft sales strategies, nurture C-level relationships, and guide recruiting teams to fulfill client needs.

You will collaborate with recruiting and leadership to ensure alignment with company goals, drive growth, and deliver measurable results in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales success in technology staffing or business solutions.
• Experience collaborating with recruiting teams to support client acquisition and retention.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and cultivate new business opportunities (55%).
• Foster enduring client relationships and identify growth within existing accounts (20%).
• Lead and support recruiters; liaise between recruiters and client stakeholders (20%).
• Document sales activities and client interactions in the CRM (5%).
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align initiatives.
