Green Thumb Industries is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to support staff across retail, cultivation, and offices. You will handle incidents from initial request to resolution, document processes, and contribute to knowledge base creation.

Ideal candidates have AD, Office 365, and Azure experience, with strong communication and customer service skills, plus willingness to work flexible hours and occasional on-call shifts.

Qualificações

• Experience in a helpdesk or IT support role is required or a degree with related exposure.
• Strong knowledge of AD, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Exchange.
• Proven ability to translate technical solutions to non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end IT support for GTI staff across devices and apps.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and requests via ITSM tool.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal staff or vendors.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and end-user training.
• Assist with device provisioning, onboarding, and on-call duties.
