Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to support GTI staff, including retail, cultivation, and office teams. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, manage incidents in Freshservice, and maintain documentation for end users and IT colleagues.

You will handle AD tasks, cloud apps (Office 365, Azure, SharePoint), and security tooling while delivering excellent customer service and collaborating with the IT team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year IT experience or a 2–4 year degree.
• Willingness to support a 7am–7pm CST schedule and rotate on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT support to staff across retail, cultivation, and offices.
• Analyze and resolve incidents and requests related to software or hardware.
