Experience supporting airport operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide remote troubleshooting for devices with airport operations personnel.
Hardware and firmware upgrades, remote configuration of hardware.
Network monitoring and troubleshooting of ISP, routers, switches, access points, and cellular devices.
Assist users with software configuration and remote installations.
Use tools like PDQ, Azure AD, Meraki, Jira/Confluence, Okta, Slack to diagnose issues.
Escalate to third‑party vendors and coordinate on-site visits.
