Job summary

Sterlington PLLC is seeking an IT Senior Support Specialist to be a go-to technical expert supporting a distributed workforce. You will handle complex issues, escalate where needed, and help improve how support is delivered across the organization.

This hands-on role focuses on reliable, secure technology, onboarding/offboarding, and knowledge sharing to raise first-contact resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience including escalated issues.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (MFA).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as Freshservice or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and AVD.
• Lead major incident responses with clear communication.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: devices, provisioning, and deployment.
• Run onboarding/offboarding, including access and equipment setup.
• Administer AD/Entra ID, MFA, licensing, and access requests.
• Support Intune operations: app deployment and policies.
• Create knowledge base articles and train the IT support team.
• Track incidents and work to meet SLAs.
• Identify root causes and propose permanent fixes.
