Qualifications

• ITIL Certification required.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and release automation preferred.
• Experience in SOX-compliant or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Govern enterprise Change Enablement and release management per ITIL foundations.
• Define and enforce change policies, risk classifications, and approval processes.
• Review and authorize changes and coordinate release planning across teams.
• Chair CAB meetings, drive post-implementation reviews, and improve release success.
