Job summary

TPx Communications is seeking an Information Technology Release Manager to govern enterprise change enablement and release processes in a remote capacity across the United States. You will lead change governance, release planning, CAM practices, and KPI reporting to minimize disruption while enabling timely production outcomes.

The role collaborates with engineering, operations, QA, security, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with ITIL, SOX, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• ITIL certification or equivalent experience in change and release management.
• Experience supporting DevOps, CI/CD and release automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with IT controls, SOX and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Govern enterprise change enablement and ITIL-aligned change governance.
• Own release planning, scheduling, and coordination across teams.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement of release processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, QA, security, and business stakeholders to ensure release readiness.
• Monitor KPIs such as change success rate, release velocity, and MTTR.
