Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Texas is seeking a seasoned IT Release Manager to join our US-based team. You will lead release planning, coordination, and execution across applications and infrastructure, working with technical and business stakeholders to ensure releases align with approved plans.

You will apply ITIL and Change Management practices, maintain schedules and documentation, monitor risks, and contribute to CI/CD initiatives and release automation to improve our deployment processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT Release/Change Management or related field.
• Experience coordinating enterprise deployments across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release activities for simple to moderately complex application and infrastructure initiatives.
• Manage release schedules, dependencies, documentation, and milestones.
• Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, customers, and stakeholders to ensure timely release execution.
• Maintain release schedules, documentation, archives, and related records.
• Ensure release activities align with ITIL, Change Management, and Release Management policies.
• Contribute to release automation and CI/CD initiatives.
