Technatomy Corporation seeks an experienced Configuration/Release Manager to control baselines, manage changes, and coordinate deployments for a DoD Pega Cloud modernization effort. The role ensures traceability, audits, and disciplined release governance across multiple teams and tools.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in configuration and release management, experience with CCB/CAB, and strong documentation skills. Remote work is available for this position, with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in configuration/change/release management or related areas.
• Experience with CCB/CAB processes and release-readiness gates.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery and SaaS projects.
• Familiarity with source control and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain configuration-management and release-management plans and procedures.
• Identify configuration items and maintain baselines for software, configurations, environments, and release artifacts.
• Establish processes for submitting, assessing, and closing changes.
• Prepare change packages and participate in CCB/CAB proceedings.
• Maintain change logs, baselines, and audit trails for changes.
• Develop and maintain release plans including scope, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Audit build packages and release candidates for readiness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across development, testing, security, and operations.
• Lead post-deployment validation and release retrospectives.
