Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an IT Release Manager to plan, coordinate, execute, and close out release activities across application and infrastructure environments. The role interfaces with technical teams, sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to ITIL and change management practices.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in release management, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with release automation and CI/CD in a DevOps context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT Release Management, Change Management, IT Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years coordinating deployments across enterprise environments.
• Experience with formal ITIL-based Change and Release processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate release activities for simple to moderately complex initiatives.
• Manage release schedules, dependencies, and milestones across applications and teams.
• Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely release execution.
