Job summary

TPx is seeking a Change & Release Manager to govern enterprise change enablement and release processes, aligning with ITIL best practices. You will partner with engineering, operations, QA, security, and business stakeholders to minimize risk while delivering timely production outcomes.

The role emphasizes audit readiness, SOX compliance, and continuous improvement across change and release activities, including CAB facilitation and integrated automation with ServiceNow and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ITIL certification required; ITIL Foundation or higher preferred.
• Experience supporting DevOps, CI/CD, and release automation preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries or SOX environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and cloud-based infrastructures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Change Enablement process aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Define and enforce change management policies, risk classifications, and approvals.
• Review and authorize normal, expedited, and emergency changes by risk and impact.
• Ensure SOX/compliance controls and audit readiness for change activities.
• Chair CAB meetings and drive post-implementation reviews.
• Own release planning, scheduling, and cross-team coordination.
• Maintain release calendars, deployment windows, and blackout periods.
• Coordinate across engineering, QA, operations, security, and stakeholders.
• Ensure testing, rollback planning, dependency management, and production readiness.
• Govern release communications and KPI reporting on change and release performance.
