Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an IT Release Manager - Remote to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The role spans planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of IT releases across applications and infrastructure with close collaboration to ensure adherence to ITIL and Change Management processes.

You will coordinate activities across multiple teams and vendors, maintain schedules and documentation, monitor risks, and drive release automation and CI/CD initiatives in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT Release Management, Change Management, IT Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years coordinating app/infrastructure deployments in enterprise environments.
• Experience with ITIL-based Change and Release Management processes.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of release management tools and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate release activities for simple to moderately complex initiatives.
• Manage release activities across multiple applications, teams, and projects.
• Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, customers, and stakeholders to ensure timely release execution.
• Maintain release schedules, documentation, and archives.
• Monitor upcoming releases, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL, Change Management, and Release Management policies.
• Track progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare release schedules, status reports, and deployment materials.
• Execute release closeout activities and participate in post-release reviews.
• Support security, compliance, risk management, and quality requirements.
• Contribute to release automation and CI/CD initiatives.
