Job summary

Greystone Technology, a New Charter Technologies Company, is seeking a Project Manager, Professional Services to lead multiple IT project teams and deliver complex, customer-focused engagements. This remote role supports clients across the United States with Mountain Standard Time hours.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of IT project management or coordination experience, MSP background, and strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse technical teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT project management or coordination experience.
• Experience supporting multiple client engagements in an MSP environment.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven ability to collaborate across diverse technical teams.
• Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships at different levels.
• Excellent communication with end users to C-suite executives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft platforms (Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Windows).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to take ownership in complex situations and protect the team.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage internal and external resources across the project lifecycle.
• Partner with IT resources to own delivery and client satisfaction.
• Enhance systems and processes ensuring availability and optimal team function.
• Document actively throughout the project lifecycle using templates.
• Promote industry-standard processes and internal IT controls.
