Job summary

Greystone Technology, a New Charter Company, seeks a Technical Engineer to provide responsive IT support for our Managed Services clients. This role is ideally hybrid out of the Denver, CO office, with occasional travel to local client locations as needed.

You will diagnose and resolve issues, manage tickets, maintain client documentation, and work toward utilization goals while learning evolving environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in IT help desk or desktop support.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, AD, Windows).
• Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Ability to diagnose end-user issues and perform password resets.
• Experience supporting printers and other peripherals.
• Strong client-service orientation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for MSP clients.
• Manage support tickets and document client interactions per processes.
• Respond to SLA targets, including timely initial responses.
• Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues when needed.
• Travel to local client locations daily or weekly as required.
• Build trust with end users through responsive, empathetic support.
