Job summary

Greystone Technology, a New Charter Company, is seeking a senior IT professional to deliver complete IT support and strategic guidance for local clients. You will troubleshoot complex issues, mentor engineers, and build long-term client relationships in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

The role requires 4+ years in a similar IT position, strong knowledge of networks, cloud platforms, and virtualization, and willingness to travel to client locations in Colorado.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator, IT Manager, Systems Engineer, or equivalent role.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced technical issues across software, infrastructure, and networks.
• Strong communication to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT support from routine break-fix to advanced resolution.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their tech environments.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and mentor engineers on the team.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Travel to local client locations daily or weekly as needed.
