Greystone Technology, a New Charter Company, seeks a Technical Engineer to provide responsive IT support for Managed Services clients in a hybrid Denver, CO office. Travel may be required to local client locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in IT help desk or desktop support.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (365, AD, Windows).
• Fundamental networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs.
• Strong client-service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for Managed Services clients.
• Manage support tickets and document client interactions per processes.
• Respond to requests within SLA; target 30-minute response time.
• Verify issue resolution with clients.
• Aim for ~6 hours/day or 30 hours/week of client work and 75% utilization.
• Escalate issues to consultants when needed.
• Learn and adapt to clients’ evolving systems.
• Travel to local client locations as required.
• Collaborate across service lines for a seamless experience.
• Build trust with end users through empathetic support.
