The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in CS/IT, 5+ years of IT project experience, strong infra, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge, and familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years overseeing IT projects including software and infrastructure.
• Strong IT infra, networking, cybersecurity, and SDLC knowledge.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Certifications like PMP/PRINCE2/CSM are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans with resources, budgets, and risks.
• Lead cross-functional IT teams including developers and admins.
• Oversee implementation and upgrades of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Track progress, manage changes, and communicate status to stakeholders.
