Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in IT or Software Development.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Workday, Jira, etc.).
• PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Communication: liaise between IT, sales, system engineering, product development, and other departments and report progress.
• Technical Expertise: design and implement solutions that optimize IT requests and software performance while ensuring security standards.
• Resource Management: allocate resources, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Quality Assurance: define and enforce quality standards and ensure secure, tested IT deliverables.
• Change Management: implement change control processes and guide teams through transitions.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for process optimization and share best practices.
