You have 2-5 years of experience in IT project management and are comfortable working in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies. You are analytical, structured, and organized, with the communication skills required to coordinate teams and engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
You bring knowledge of one or more project management approaches, such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMO methodologies. Familiarity with .NET environments, Microsoft Dynamics, and project management tooling is a plus. You are able to quickly understand complex topics, maintain an overview of multiple workstreams, and translate project objectives into concrete actions and deliverables.
Experience within the public sector or justice-related environments is considered an advantage, as is previous experience with case management systems or large-scale digital transformation programmes. Experience with technologies or environments such as .NET and Microsoft Dynamics is also a plus.
