What You'll Do

- Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and delivery strategies.
- Manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies based on the needs of the initiative.
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to establish project objectives and maintain alignment throughout delivery.
- Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps connecting organizational objectives with executable project initiatives.
- Identify project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
- Maintain RAID logs and ensure project risks and blockers receive appropriate ownership and escalation.
- Lead resource planning and allocation across project teams and competing priorities.
- Monitor project capacity and identify resource constraints that could affect timelines or deliverables.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and associated project expenditures.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, and resource utilization against approved plans.
- Lead organizational and project change-management activities, including stakeholder communication, adoption planning, readiness assessment, and transition activities.
- Establish project governance, reporting, documentation, and communication standards.
- Prepare clear project status reporting for executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering discussions, planning sessions, retrospectives, and decision-making forums.
- Identify opportunities to improve project-management processes, delivery practices, governance, and operational efficiency.
- Drive accountability across project teams while maintaining productive relationships with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
