Job summary

Ellaway Blues Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead medium- to large-scale initiatives that establish scalable, secure infrastructure and unify a diverse digital landscape into an integrated enterprise ecosystem across platforms, data, applications, and security.

The role oversees software implementations, upgrades, and major enhancements, including RFIs/RFPs in partnership with procurement and legal teams, acting as a focal point to align initiatives across business units

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field; or 12+ years of proven project management experience.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and core services.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, process design and test management.
• Proficiency in PM tools such as Planner or Project, Jira, or similar software.
• Experienced in vendor management/negotiations and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead medium- to large-scale initiatives focused on establishing scalable, secure infrastructure while unifying a varied digital landscape into an integrated enterprise ecosystem spanning digital platforms, data, applications, and security.

Additionally, the role will oversee new software implementations, upgrades, major enhancements, and upstream processes such as vendor selection (RFIs and RFPs), in partnership with procurement and legal teams. It will act as a focal point to help manage initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading large-scale, complex, and ambiguous initiatives that span multiple business areas and cross-functional teams. They must be able to bring diverse teams together around a common vision and strategy, establish clarity amid uncertainty, manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and navigate disruptions while maintaining momentum toward successful outcomes.

BASIC Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; or 12+ years of proven project management experience
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and core services
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, process design and test management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Planner or Project, Jira, or similar PM tools
