We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from conceptualization to implementation. The successful candidate will drive projects across various IT domains, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformations, ensuring they align with strategic business goals while managing timelines, budgets, and teams effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Project Initiation and Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and high-level requirements. Create detailed project plans, including schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination: Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams, including developers, analysts, engineers, and vendors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Execution and Monitoring: Track project progress against milestones, manage changes, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provide transparent communication to executives, end-users, and team members through status reports, meetings, and dashboards.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, develop contingency plans, and resolve issues to minimize impacts on project outcomes.
  • Budget Control: Oversee financial aspects, including cost estimation, tracking expenditures, and ensuring value for money.
  • Quality and Compliance: Enforce best practices for quality assurance, testing, and adherence to IT standards, regulations, and security protocols.
  • Project Closure: Conduct post-project reviews, document lessons learned, and ensure smooth handovers to operations or support teams.
  • Methodology Application: Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate to optimize project delivery.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM) preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5-7 years in project management, with 3+ years in IT-specific projects involving software, hardware, or infrastructure.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT ecosystems, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, databases, and emerging technologies like AI and IoT.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement.
    • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
    • Analytical mindset for problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise IT transformations or digital initiatives.
