Clear Winds Technologies is hiring an IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and close technology projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate resources, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business goals across multiple environments and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in IT or related technology fields.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficient with project management tools (Moovila, MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure for IT initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
• Track and manage equipment, software and material deliveries for timely project milestones.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure clear communication.
