• 8+ years of progressive IT project management experience.
• Proven experience leading hardware deployment or enterprise refresh programs.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, PMBOK, Agile, and change management.
• Experience managing enterprise IT operations projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Vendor management experience.
• Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the laptop refresh project.
• Manage schedules, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with leadership, IT Operations, Service Desk, Information Security, and Asset Management.
• Oversee imaging, deployment readiness, technician assignments, and statewide logistics.
• Track progress, metrics, and issue resolution.
• Produce executive dashboards and status reports.
• Maintain RAID logs, project plans, change requests, and closeout documentation.
• Manage vendors and cross-functional teams through the lifecycle.
• Support process improvements for future refresh initiatives.
