Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in IT project management, SDLC/PMBOK expertise, and strong communication with executives and technical teams. Hybrid onsite/telework with a contract engagement.

Qualifications

• 8 Years progressive IT project management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of hardware deployment or enterprise refresh programs.
• Expertise in SDLC, PMBOK, Agile delivery coordination, change management, and enterprise IT operations.
• Communication with executives, technical teams, and end users.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and manage deployment logistics.
• Coordinate across OAG leadership and IT teams, prepare status reports and RAID logs.
• Manage procurement, configuration, scheduling, deployment and close-out of devices statewide.
• Organize diverse team of technical and soft skilled talent.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders and establish effective communications.
• Maintain high project transparency and report program status throughout lifecycle.
