Blue Ribbon Global Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead statewide procurement, configuration, scheduling, deployment, and close-out of new devices for Admin and Legal staff. The role requires coordinating a diverse team of IT professionals and communicating with executives and end users.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of IT project management experience, proven hardware deployment leadership, and familiarity with SDLC, PMBOK, and Agile.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive IT project management experience.
• Leadership of hardware deployment or enterprise refresh programs.
• Experience with SDLC, PMBOK, Agile delivery, change management.
• Ability to communicate with executives, technical teams, and end users.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams; ITIL/PM certifications preferred.

Information Technology Services Division is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the procurement, configuration, scheduling, deployment and close-out of new devices for Admin and Legal staff statewide. A successful candidate will have the ability to organize a diverse team of technical and soft skilled talent, conduct meetings with stakeholders, establish effective communications, maintain a high degree of project transparency, and accurately report program status throughout its life cycle. 8 Years REQUIRED Experience of the following; * progressive IT project management experience. 8 Years PREFERRED Experience of the following * Demonstrated leadership of hardware deployment or enterprise refresh programs. * Expertise in SDLC, PMBOK, Agile delivery coordination, change management, and enterprise IT operations. * Proven ability to communicate clearly with executives, technical teams, and end users. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple vendors and cross functional teams. * Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and standard OAG workflow tools. * PMP, CSM, or ITIL certifications. * Experience with Texas state agencies. Prior experience supporting statewide IT. Experience organizing logistics for deployments exceeding 800+ devices.

Candidate must be within 50 miles of Austin TX. Hybrid onsite / telework role
