Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply is seeking a hands-on Manager, IT Operations to lead our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across multiple locations.

You will oversee networks, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and identity management while driving reliability, security, and efficiency. The role requires strategic vendor management, incident handling, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive IT experience in operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third-party vendors.
• Strong incident management, service delivery, and performance measurement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud infra, and communications across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, and collaboration tools.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PMs, internal teams, and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT support, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Establish service standards and monitor vendor performance.
• Assist in incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
