Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across locations. This hands-on leader will ensure reliability, security, and efficiency while driving improvements.

You will partner with the CIO and manage vendor performance, align technology with business growth, and work with teams to enable operations. Remote work with travel to OLS sites as needed.

Qualificações

• Over 10 years of progressive IT experience including operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud, identity management, and IT operations.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and third-party vendors.
• Strong incident management, service delivery, and performance improvement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted; certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud infra, and telecom across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, and collaboration tools via third parties.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements to strengthen reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with project teams and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Establish service expectations and monitor vendor performance and help desk effectiveness.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality, issues, and improvements.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
• Collaborate with security partners to implement effective measures within services.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, investments, and cost-efficiency.
• Build productive IT-business relationships and drive improvements through collaboration.
