We are seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with operational excellence to keep services reliable, secure, and efficient across OLS

Qualifications

• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery across locations.
• Manage outsourced IT services and third-party vendors.
• Lead initiatives to improve reliability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud, and telecom.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365 and identity management.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PMs and external providers.
• Guide troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage MSPs and IT service providers.
• Ensure service standards and reporting for quality oversight.
• Support incident coordination across teams responsible for systems.
• Improve support processes, automation, and self-service.
