Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply (OLS) is seeking a seasoned Manager, IT Operations to lead the technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across multiple locations. You will ensure reliability, security, and efficiency while shaping improvements to support a growing business.

The role requires 10+ years in IT operations with broad networking, cloud, and Microsoft 365 expertise, plus experience managing third‑party vendors and incident management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive IT roles including operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud, Microsoft 365, identity management, and IT operations.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and third‑party vendors.
• Strong incident management, service delivery, and performance improvement skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives without direct reporting lines.
• Degree preferred; relevant ITSM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud infra, and telecom.
• Provide oversight of Microsoft 365, identity mgmt, collaboration tools, and MSPs.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements for reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PM, internal teams, and external providers.
• Guide troubleshooting and participate in problem resolution as needed.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Establish service expectations and monitor vendor/service desk performance.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality and improvements.
• Support incident coordination with teams responsible for systems.
• Improve support processes, automation, and self-service for productivity.
• Collaborate with security leaders to implement effective security measures.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, investment decisions, and cost efficiency.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and accountability across IT and business.
