Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager, IT Operations to oversee networks, cloud, and services across multiple locations. You will lead outsourced IT support, coordinate vendor performance, and drive reliability and security while guiding technology improvements to support growth.

The role demands strong leadership, extensive IT operations experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization. This is a remote role with periodic travel to OLS locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience including IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and IT operations.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of incident management, service delivery, and performance measurement.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud infra, and telecommunications across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, and collaboration tools via third parties.
• Identify risks, coordinate improvements, and strengthen reliability and scalability.
• Lead infra initiatives with project management and external providers.
• Guide troubleshooting and problem resolution; manage service levels with vendors.
