Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply (OLS) is seeking a Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure across multiple locations, including outsourced IT support. This hands-on leader will drive reliability, security, and efficiency while aligning technology with business goals.

You will manage networks, cloud services, Microsoft 365, and vendor relationships, lead incident response, and champion service improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive IT experience in operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.
• Strong incident management, service delivery, and performance measurement.
• Experience in multi-location distribution/retail environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee networks, Wi‑Fi, internet, servers, cloud infra, and telecom across locations.
• Manage Microsoft 365, identity management, and collaboration tools with third-party providers.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PM, internal teams, and external providers.
• Provide technical guidance and participate in troubleshooting when needed.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Establish service expectations and monitor vendor performance.
