Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to lead our technology infrastructure and outsourced IT support. You will oversee networks, cloud, and Microsoft 365, while coordinating with providers to improve reliability and cost efficiency.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 10+ years in IT and strong incident management and service-delivery skills, based remotely with occasional travel to OLS locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of networks, cloud, Microsoft 365, identity management, and IT ops.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and MSPs.
• Strong incident management and performance metrics focus.
• Relevant technical or ITSM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across all locations.
• Oversee networks, Wi‑Fi, servers, cloud, and telecom infrastructure.
• Manage Microsoft 365, identity, collaboration tools, and MSPs.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PM, IT teams, and providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, vendors, and security providers.
• Set service expectations and monitor vendor performance.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality and issues.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with teams.
• Advise CIO on planning, investments, and cost optimization.
• Foster collaboration across IT and business units.
