Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply (OLS) is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to lead technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys solving problems and improving service delivery.

You will oversee networks, cloud, Microsoft 365, identity management, and security, while partnering with providers and internal teams to drive reliability, efficiency, and cost-effective IT operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Experience with enterprise networking, cloud, M365, identity management.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability, security, and efficiency of networks, Wi‑Fi, internet, servers, cloud infra, and telecoms across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools managed by third parties.
• Identify infrastructure risks and coordinate improvements for reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PMs, internal teams, and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Establish service expectations, monitor vendor performance, and ensure timely support.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality and recurring issues.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with teams responsible for systems.
• Advise CIO on tech planning, vendor performance, and cost improvements.
• Foster collaboration across IT and business to drive improvements.
