Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a hands‑on Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. The role focuses on reliability, security, and delivering valuable IT services to locations nationwide.

You will lead networks, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and security initiatives, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to improve service delivery and efficiency. Expect travel to OLS locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in IT operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.
• Strong incident management and service delivery know-how.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability, security, and efficiency of network, Wi‑Fi, servers, cloud, and telecom across locations.
• Manage Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools with third parties.
• Identify risks and drive improvements for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PM teams and external providers.
• Manage MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS admins, and security vendors.
• Establish service standards and reporting on quality and issues.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, and cost optimization.
• Foster cross‑team collaboration to drive IT improvements.
