Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply (OLS) seeks an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee networks, servers, cloud infrastructure, and outsourced IT support across our locations. You will blend hands-on technical leadership with operational discipline to keep services reliable, secure, and cost-efficient.

You’ll guide vendor performance, incident management, identity management in Microsoft 365, and IT management systems, while driving improvements in automation and self-service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Experience with outsourced IT services and MSPs.
• Strong incident management and service delivery knowledge.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee networks, servers, cloud, and telecom across locations.
• Manage outsourced IT services and vendor performance.
• Drive reliability, security, and cost efficiency improvements.
