OUTDOOR LIVING SUPPLY LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. This remote role focuses on reliability, security, and efficiency across multiple locations to support our growing wholesale business.

You will combine hands-on technical leadership with operational oversight, driving improvements in service delivery, incident response, and cost optimization while aligning IT with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience including operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.
• Strong incident management and service delivery metrics experience.
• Experience in multi-location distribution or retail environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee networks, servers, and cloud infrastructure reliability across locations.
• Manage outsourced IT support and vendor performance.
• Lead infrastructure improvement initiatives and security integration.
• Provide technical guidance and escalate incidents with teams.
• Partner with CIO on tech planning and cost efficiency.
