Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Operations Lead to supervise day-to-day data center and IT infrastructure activities in a highly technical environment, with emphasis on execution, training, and service quality. You will partner with internal teams, customers, and technical stakeholders to manage onboarding and go-live from kickoff through completion.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data center ops, proven project leadership, and experience using AI tools to automate data workflows, plus strong Excel/SQL

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations or IT infrastructure
• Proven experience leading end-to-end projects
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and construction documents
• Daily use of AI tools for data extraction and automation
• Strong data skills including Excel, Power Query, SQL, CSV/JSON

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations team, set priorities, and conduct performance reviews
• Maintain and document operating standards, ensuring training for new hires
• Lead onboarding for new customers and sites from kickoff to go-live
• Build and validate site records based on documents and inspections
• Use AI to create structured data workflows and audit site data
• Support customers in daily platform use with training and troubleshooting
• Document defects and enhancement requests between users and developers
