Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Datacenter Cx Specialist to join a remote team responsible for guiding startup and commissioning of complex datacenter projects. You will focus on safety, execution planning, and operational readiness, working closely with client teams, field personnel, and senior leadership to ensure systems are prepared for startup and handoff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of startup and commissioning experience.
• Field operations experience required.
• Willingness to travel 60% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives at client sites.
• Develop detailed project execution plans.
• Create pre-commissioning and commissioning plans.
• Draft startup procedures and training manuals.
• Provide input during PHA and HAZOP meetings.
• Participate in client PSSR and plant troubleshooting.
• Deliver clear reports to senior management.
