Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with expertise in systems administration, hardware repair, and networking fundamentals. The role demands physical capability and experience in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of data center experience preferred, 4 years for development.
• Experience in a mission-critical operations environment is crucial.
• Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs and standing for 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center hardware support services ensuring reliability and availability.
• Drive standardization of SOPs/MOPs across regions.
• Mentor teammates and influence policy changes for organizational improvement.

Skills

Systems administration (Linux and/or Windows)

Hardware repair and diagnosis

Networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP)

Strong structured cabling skills

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
