Job summary

Spectrio LLC is hiring an Implementation Specialist in a role that supports remote work across Florida, North Carolina, and Texas. You will coordinate field service activities, assist clients with technical information, and help configure on-premise equipment for new installations.

The position requires strong computer literacy, CRM experience, and excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality customer support and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and strong computer literacy.
• Experience in an Implementation Specialist or field service role is a plus.
• CRM experience (NetSuite, Salesforce) and computing skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as control point for field service activities and dispatch technicians.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with technical support.
• Acquire installation information and configure hardware for new deployments.
• Document incidents and project updates in the support system.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve higher level issues.
