Job summary

Spectrio is seeking an Implementation Specialist to install and customize on-premise equipment for clients, prioritizing fast, accurate service delivery. The role supports remote work across several states and requires collaborative teamwork with field technicians and clients.

The candidate should have CRM experience and strong problem-solving abilities, plus the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment while delivering excellent customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with computers and providing customer service in a call center environment.
• Experience as an Implementation Specialist preferred.
• CRM experience (NetSuite, Salesforce) desired.
• Experience using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service activities and act as the control point for dispatch.
• Assign, monitor, and dispatch service technicians and manage workloads.
• Coordinate scheduling with clients and reassign work as needed.
• Assist clients via phone and email with technical support.
• Explain technical information in simple terms to non-technical customers.
• Gather information for new installations and hardware configurations.
• Perform data entry and coordinate dispatch/installation tasks.
• Maintain documentation in the company support system.
• Identify higher-level issues and escalate when needed.
